The Mindanao Business Conference (MinBizCon) is the premier annual gathering of business leaders, policymakers, and development partners across Mindanao, organized by the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI). It serves as a strategic platform to promote investments, shape policy, and accelerate inclusive growth in the region.
For 2025, MinBizCon centers on the theme "Fostering Innovation and Sustainability towards Global Mindanao", spotlighting high-impact industries and positioning the region for global relevance through transformative economic solutions. This year, the 34th MinBizCon is slated to be held on August 27-29,2025 in Tagum City.
The logo is a symmetrical 'M' that symbolizes balance, blending Tagum City's past and future. The left side features a pattern from the Kagan tribe's textile, honoring the city's heritage, with a red border that flows into the right side that reflects the conference’ synergy across the business sectors. It includes palm trees to acknowledge Tagum's nickname, the "Palm City of the Philippines." A solar panel is also integrated, highlighting the city's goal of becoming a smart city. The design effectively combines cultural pride and forward-thinking development.
